Return & Refund Policy
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused puzzles in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
Refunds: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item, minus original shipping costs.
Damaged/Defective: If your puzzle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping.
No returns on: Opened puzzles (due to the nature of the product and small parts).
